As of today we are signed up to an unconditional sale and purchase agreement. We move in on the 3rd September. Ian is very excited because there are two sheds in the back garden. The garage at the front is currently used as a laundry and gym. We will use it as an office for Ian and may ultimately turn it into guest accommodation.

hi ian, i hope you have picked up an e-mail from ian. we still have the same mobile number but ian has a new work one and i no longer have my old one-make sense? anyway won't blog them here but will mail you. wold be good to catch up!
I am happy that Ian has a shed again -i know it is important for him to have one!
