Western Springs

In honour of a new day and a new year, we headed to a new place this morning. Western Springs is right beside the zoo, about 10 minutes drive from us. We have driven past many times but had not stopped there before. The lake is beautiful and full of ducks, geese and black swans. Ethan tried to introduce himself to one of the black swans and several of the geese. Luckily they didn't get vicious.

We also set up an assault course in the garden. Ethan is very into doing airplane impressions at the moment so he loves walking on planks or running around the garden doing sound effects. And jumping onto bean bags is just fun no matter how old you are.

Ian hasn't gone grey overnight by the way, he was painting the ceiling in the sleepout so his hair and face were covered in white paint except for the area his goggles covered.

What wonderful pictures. They make us feel so close to you. We are now getting into lists and packing mode for the great journey. Can we spend any currency in Singapore Airport ? We will transfer our expense money this week Ian. How we long for some sunshine. Our winter has ben very dreary and damp so far ater a pretty poor Summer. Hang on to that baby Sarah until the 15th at least.
By for now and God's blessing. Please pray for us as we travel. Itinerary on email. Mum & Eddie xxx and hugs.
