We are enjoying the sophisticated luxury of Singapore airport en route to Sydney. Free internet access is a bonus. Ethan was an angel baby on the first leg. He slept most of the way. It was a pretty empty flight so Ian and I had 8 seats between us. Getting some decent sleep was a real blessing.
We can't believe we have started our big adventure. At the moment it just feels like a holiday. It hasn't quite hit us that we won't be turning around and coming back in a few weeks time.
I'm so grateful to our many wonderful friends who made our departure so much easier. Grace cooked up a storm on Saturday for our farewell brunch. The lovely Rosie drove us to the airport despite suffering from a stinking cold. The house is in fairly good shape for our tenants. The mega spring clean was actually quite cathartic.
Just an hour until our next flight so will continue to stretch our legs. Be in touch soon x
