Today was a good day as Ian and I both got some exercise in. I went for a run with Sarah and Ian went for a cycle with Jonny. We then all went for a walk in the forest at Crawfordsburn. Ian and I rounded off the evening with a drink in the pub. I couldn't convince Ian to take Jonny and Sarah up on his offer to join him and Sarah at an 18th birthday party - a roller skating disco with 70s and 80s theme.
The only disappointing news was that nana and gramps will be unable to join us here as nana is sick :( We will have to make up for it durng our week in bristol. Get well soon nana xxx
