Back to the UK

My grandfather died this week (my mum's dad). We are heading back to northern ireland tomorrow. We won't make it in time for the funeral but I really want to be with family right now.

We leave tomorrow for three weeks. Ian and I both managed to get time off work. It worked out well with work calendars. Lucky for as August was going to be dreadfully busy but quite a few things have slackened off in the last week. Ian will probably have to do a bit of work remotely.

Not sure how many of you we will get to see in England, but I will let you know when we are heading that way.

Prayers please for the funeral which takes place on Saturday, especially for my grandmother. Also for the kids' health. They have been suffering a bit this week with colds - the last thing we need is to be detained in london on suspicion of swine flu!

Sarah, our thoughts are with your grandmother, mother, you and the rest of your family today.

We hope that Immy and Ethan have comfortable flights with their colds and of course the same goes for their Mum and Dad.

Enjoy the comfort of your family, and introducing Immy for the first time.

Stay safe, thinking of you all
Love and hugs
