I've been at work for over 6 weeks now I think and today managed to go for a lunch-time run for the first time! Just a little jog around the marina but good to be getting back into good habits. It is a typical Auckland autumn day - sunny and wet - quite exhilarating to run in really. The showers in the office are pretty good too so that helps.
Can't wait for the long weekend - it's been a very full-on week at work.

When you say the Marina, is that down near the Viaduct area, we thought that area was just lovely to wander around. Be virtuous and enjoy your lunch hours, run don't wander, leave that for the grandparents!
That's no way to talk about your colleagues -"showers in the office"!!
