Merry Christmas!

Christmas has come and gone in the Wroe household. We had a lovely day after a dreadful night with Immy being up most of the night - due we eventually discovered to some rather nasty nappy rash. Due to lack of sleep we didn't manage to get up and get the stockings opened and ham glazed before church at 9am. We made it to a lovely service at the Anglican church around the corner. We then came home to a breakfast of pancakes, crumpets and bacon and eggs. Immy indulged in a chocolate biscuit as you can see below!

We had a full turkey and ham dinner at about 4.30 with yummy stuffing and lots of roast veg. I then collapsed on the lounger in the sun while the rest of the crew did tidy up. We did manage to get to dip our toes in the water at Taipari Strand when we took Immy to see the ducks. We left Ethan with Ian in front of one of his many new DVDs.
Thanks to all the family, friends and godparents for the lovely gifts. Ethan seems to have been most enthralled with his racing driver steering wheel and helmet that Nana and Gramps Price bought for him. He has been running around in it all day and wearing his helmet on his trike.
