Kiwi Valley

As school was out last Thursday I was determined to feel like we were on holiday come Friday. We left Ian doing work related things on Friday morning (of the work-search variety and some of his non-salaried not-for-profit stuff) and headed out to Flax cafe for a coffee. Ian met us there and then the grandparents took the kids round the farm while Ian and I went off for a shopping excursion followed by a sushi lunch.

Kiwi Valley put on a good show for Christmas with Santa helping out at the petting farm, his elves in the grotto/caves and the north pole. Ethan was even brave enough this time to go on the pony by himself.
