Bye bye nana, bye bye gramps....

Nana and Gramps' parting gift - they are winging their way to Singapore as I write. We had a fabulous time with them. They really enjoyed New Zealand and we had a wonderful time hanging out with them as a family. Living so far away from family is hard but I love the fact that it means that we can spend big chunks of time together rather than snatching the occasional weekend. Ethan loved having his grandparents here. He got into a routine of going out to the sleepout to knock on their door in the morning to ask for a "zarow" - his morning biscuit. A good and wise friend has lent me a big box of Bob the builder toys to distract Ethan with as he gets used to it just being me and Imogen at home.

Meanwhile Imogen continues to thrive. She is lovely and smilely except for a couple of hours most evenings when she cries intermittently with tummy ache.
