We have been settling back into normality since our little holiday and Ethan's birthday. Ian has finally thrown himself into a decent DIY project. He has built a fabulous fence at the front of the house and has almost finished the gates on either side of the garage which will mean that Ethan can run free at the front and the back of the house. We are also on the point of submitting plans to the council for our sleepout project. It looks like we won't get consents until the New Year so there won't be much progress on that for a while.
I had a lovely weekend last weekend. On Friday we had a sleepover in the church building for all the women. 6 of us stayed the night but we had lots more for the evening. We watched some hilarious short films and ate lots of yummy food. Everyone was asked to bring something to share for 5 minutes. That was really fun as some people told some of their life story and others shared poetry or art. We also gave each head and neck massages - what a treat!
As for pregnancy, it is certainly getting to be harder work. I have been feeling quite uncomfortable across my tummy as everything stretches. Nothing serious to complain about though thankfully so i should really be counting my blessings.
