or maybe not....

We have withdrawn our offer on the house. It transpired that there were lots of problems with unauthorised works that we hadn't been told about and when we started investigating how we would sort them out we discovered that it would be a lot of hassle in terms of time and money. Not something we were prepared to do for a house that we may outgrow in a few years. So back to waiting for the right one to come along.....
