New York Botanical Garden

250 acres in the middle of the Bronx - The Children's Adventure Garden was very cool!

The Peggy Rockefeller Rose Garden.

The Grandparents are heading home as I write. We have had a wonderful week with them but it has gone amazingly quickly. Today nana took ethan off to playgroup and I played at being a true american by going off for a manicure, toe polish and a haircut - bliss!
It was great to enjoy church at the weekend with Marion and Eddie. Ethan gave a good performance on the drums at the end. Afterwards we had a church picnic in a local park. I can't believe we only have a few weeks left.

Hi guys Ian here in NZ. Eventually managed to find your blog. Looks like you're all well and having a good time! Didn't realise you were going overseas for so long - are you coming back to NZ, staying in the US, or back to the UK? Only managed to have a skim through the blog - have to have a better read when I've got more time. Hope life's treating you well. Cheers Ian

Our NY trip was a bit last minute to say the least - it came up about 2 days before we left on our holiday back to the UK. We will be back in NZ on the 9th July. ian may have to do a bit of travelling back and forth for a while. Hope your growing family is doing well - been thinking about you. sarah xx
