Well we have had a lovely Sunday afternoon after a fairly stressful build up to the service this morning. My talk/sermon seemed to go well. It took a lot out of me emotionally (I'm now exhausted) but it felt more natural than I expected. I had a few very encouraging and confirming words from people who had been praying for me beforehand. I was speaking about fear- stepping out in faith despite the fear and also having an appropriate fear of the Lord.
We had quite a few people around for lunch after the service. Mostly people who know Martin. He is heading home tonight - so watch out Bristol, he's coming back!
